Does flashing phone part affect band frequency?

PDA =(BELL original can be backed up)

PHONE

CSC =(BELL original can be backed up)

Can all be flashed safely?

Why would you flash your Phone portion if your on Bell?

Also same thing for Eboot, have any of you guys tried to do EBOOT on i8000L?

I don't see the point in touching those two parts?
