Hebrew for the HTC LEGEND

Hi all, does anyone knows how to install Hebrew to the Legend?

I have the Legend for 2 months and i cannot use it without Hebrew.

I cant read/write SMS and cant surf the web.

Please advice how to push Hebrew fonts or how to change the Lang. to Hebrew.
