Guest randy_c Posted May 11, 2010 Report Posted May 11, 2010 Can someone explain it to me one more time because I was a little confused. The 3G for this phone 900/1900/2100 is this mean I will still get 3G in the area where 1900 are supported? I heard 850/1900 for AT&T because they use 850 for download and 1900 for upload? What is correct answer? I live in Denver, CO :P

What is correct answer? I live in Denver, CO :D i don't know who told you one band is for upload and the other is for download :P , the i8000 should receive 3G wherever the AT&T 1900 band is in use. Unfortunately, AT&T has been switching its 3G bands from 1900 to 850 (EDGE being used on the 1900 band instead) for better 3G signal range. I live in Michigan and am no longer able to get 3G at home because of this.
