removing apps after rooting...

Hi guys...

Just rooted my Desire to the stock ROM rather than one from the kitchen.

Now that I've done that can i remove the HTC apps like Teeter etc? I'm pretty sure i can do it from adb but when i try to remove files it says it's a read only file system

Try in recovery mode. Exemple.

mount /system

mount -o remount, rw /system

mv /system/customize/resource/android_audio.mp3 /system/customize/resource/android_audio.mp3.nothanks

mv /system/media/android_audio.mp3 /system/media/android_audio.mp3.nothanks

Answering my own question...

There's an app called 'Learn More' any ideas what it's called on the system so i can remove it?
