I downloaded the sdk but the command window appear simultaneously then disappear when open the adb.exe. usb was connected but don't know which step went wrong. Any idea. My OS is Win 7.

Any idea. My OS is Win 7. You can't just open (double-click) the adb.exe - you have to open the command prompt (cmd.exe), switch to the folder (or change your environment variables) and use it directly with the parameters.
