Internet working fine via micro USB but cant stream video / sound

This is how i set ...

1:

You can see i can connect to internet by surfing websites..etc...

But when i try to watch youtube video on opera..IE...it cant stream and gives me this error as well as no audio on skyfire

4: FINALLY THE WEIRD THING IS HERE (YOUTUBE PLAYER WORKS PERFECTLY WITH SOUND/VIDEO)

Overall i think that i have to enable full/unrestricted connection for it to stream video/sound data?

but can you help me to set up a full connection on step 4 (picture1) to connect to?

why did u need to connect your phone to pc when u want to use internet on phone???

u need to connect unless you wants to have your pc to have internet connection.
