[Titanium] how 2 edit the titanium?

this bro's neo titanium is really pretty, but still i'd like 2 make it a little change to meet my demand.

so my question is: 1. how to add page on the left bar with pic, and made it a list of app? i tried chome editor but it seemed not work~

2. how to cancel the shaodow on the background?
