With that you can return to whatever you want, so I recommend the Hungarian 2.1 update and then a custom 2.1 rom.

I just wanted to say... thanks!! I have just flashed it into a Huawei u8220-6 (latin american) and works like a charm.. vibration ok, wifi, bluetooth, everything it's ok until now (haven't proved market yet, no internet connection where I'm right now).

Edit: well.. there were some reboots (during a call, on market, doing nothing at all..) but, besides that, it works even better than 1.5, things go faster

Can I contribute to fix this bugs?.. at least posting some error log, if you point me were to get them

Re-Edit: I almost forgot.. I didn't applied the mentioned update (to fix vibrate), could be that the reason for the reboots ?.. that update should fix them too ?

Hi,

I've done an upgrade to this 2.1 and it's working fine (apart from one or two random FCs every so often, probably due to that low battery issue?). But today I tried to connect two handsets - a 1.6 Magic and this upgraded Pulse - via Bluetooth and it failed to see the Magic. The Magic saw the Pulse though. Is this a known bug?

I really like the upgrade btw, it's fast and works well. One other question though - how do I know if a2sd is working properly. I've installed a few apps and nothing appears on the SD card in Filemanager.

This might be a stupid question, but where do the .apks come from? Any link would be appreciated, since when using the calendar.apk, and calendarprovider.apk is the only way I can get the call log to sync with the cloud, and I'm interested to find out why. None of the official roms, or cooked ones work, and I've tried all of them.

The weird thing is that it definitely has something to do with only the .apks, because by simply pushing them to what ever rom I have installed, the sync works fine.

Most of them are just pulled from the SDK image, but some of them (including the calendar) come from an Eclair rom for the G1.

This ROM is based on a either a leaked beta rom or the hungrarian ROM (I forget which) and so there are some bugs. Your best bet it to flash either UK or tre 2.1, then either the latest version of FLB-MOD or CM6
