Flashing trouble.

I've followed the guide, installed the modem drivers, have OCTANS 2.14, phone was off, started detect, plugged phone in, and nothing OCTANs just sits there

I get

OnDeviceChange \\?\USB#VID_04E8&PID_6619#5&297ea4a2&0&2#{25dbce51-6c8f-4a72-8a6d-b54c2b4fc835}

in the log at the bottom, but it goes no where after that. After a bit I tried to turn it on see if it catches on boot up but still no go.

Any help would be great.

you need to go into device manager and re install the drivers

I try that and I get a message saying it's already up to date (I assume compared to what's installed already.) this was using the driver I downloaded from the flashing guide. Also I'm on win 7 32 bit.
