i8000l not recognized by computer

today that i tried to srynchonize my phone, and i only get "not recognized" by my computer. ( win7 64bit) i also tried to connect it to a winXP pro. and the exact same thing. i dont get charge either.

the only thing that works is the wall charger.

can be a software thing??

update...

i make a Hard reset and the same "not recognized" in diferent computers and diferents usb calbe.

i will take it to warranty i hope they can change me the phone
