screen capture and marketplace

I am new to windows but i see all these people posting their screen captures and i can not figure out how. i have i920 and can someone please help me on how to take screen capture

The main reason i want to do it is to post a capture of screen under File Explorer-under windows -under WWM Launcher and find out how to delete this file.

well i have been haveing troubles with marketplace giving me error saying cannot connect for month now. So i deleted eveything marketplace from the phone and re installed but same error, but the error is in the launcher see if launcher would not launch it properly it would not work. There might be a registry edit fix to this but i dont know much about registries. I posted question about this earlier with no luck. Can anyone help me please.

so here is my question the screen below is under files folder and under windows all the way down to W

its windows marketplace as i mentioned above mine is not working so i am trying to deleted everything and reload but this file do not delete and

i am not able to delete as you can see in second image. It is a launcher and i think is faulty because it opens up the error screen so please advise

if its possible to delete it and how or any solution to this via registry edit. Thanks in advance.

try sk tools or resco explorer. both have trial periods but worth the $

Thanks for the reply so i did get sk tools. and after playing around got to the foler under windows but this is what I see is something locked and no clue how to change it.

any one knows??

dont think you can delete files from windows but may overwrite it...here is a working marketplace which can be installed in your memory card

thanks for the link. i tried to download and install but got error that install is unsuccessfull. tried to insrsll on device, my storage and sd card but no luck so far any other suggestion to delete the file using registry editor. Or any way to uncorrupt the file, i really do not want to do a hsrd reset.

OK another brainstorm...

(at your risk)

Open up your device>window >go to wmmlauncher VIA your PC. (showhidden files under folders view) delete file using the PC.

BUT...

Isn't .lnk file only a shortcut?? if you look further in windows via pc you'll find more marketplace stuff.

Your PC shows files that sk or ressco can't sometimes.

worst case if it does not help after your reapply the Mkt Pl cab is a hard reset.

you were right there is more marketplace stuff that i see via PC but i can not delete any of it as i get a message that its read only or write protected so

i am trying to figure out how can i backup my stuff and hard reset, but i am still hesistant to hard reset as i do want to go throuh setting up the device like i have it now.... :)
