Advice on ROM and email details

Hello, i just found out about this site as i was looking around in xda-developers website.

Let me get to the point (excuse my english, not my native language)

I own a Samsung Omnia 2 (GSM, Europe, Greece) and before that i had an HTC Diamond, which got stolen

I want to choose a different, faster and better rom for my phone, i had a look around this forum but i am not sure whichone is the best for me. I thought you could help me out choose one.

I need it to be fast, have all the software and settings available (like the default samsung one) and i also hope that it will be easier to use.

I hate a sluggish user interface with low FPS (i guess tf3d will be slow) and i dont care so much about how pretty it will be!

Also, today screen, whichone you think its best.

Forgot to mention, i mostly use the phone for Emails, MAKING CALLS !, GPS software.

Battery life : i am ok with a 2-day charge

Also, any1 got any ideas of how to change the outgoing SMTP server port, i am not using the default one !

For wm6.5, you can used JD6 or JE2. All are good when I flashed to it. For Today, I was using Resco Today. Simple and fast.
