Converation Tab in Outlook Email

I just installed Office 2010 from Marketplace because I need an email application that work charmly. Unfortunately, there is no Outlook Email, only Messaging instead. Where we could download the cab for Outlook Mobile as attached? I really want have a conversation feature in my email system. Thanks for any information that helps.
