Guest plguzman Posted May 26, 2010 Report Posted May 26, 2010 Could be more specific in what "mistake" you made? More information about that could be helpful.

Help me!!! 1° : try hard reset 2° : verify that you have the proper drivers for your OS and that you have disabled driver enforcement, disable too AV and Firewall 3° : flash again, remember connect the phone when it's off and wait until Octans say "done", never disconnect before that msg.

I already tried hardreset, but without success. Octans does not recognize the phone. Does the battery is full or at least 60% or more? If NOT, charge it OUTSIDE the phone, if you don't have charger do it IN the phone and after charging for 1-2 hours take the battery OFF the phone for at least 10 minutes. Re-insert battery and try H/R and if not good then try flash a FULL ROM... I hope it help you. GOOD LUCK friend
Guest Hiroshi.Rio Posted May 27, 2010 Report Posted May 27, 2010 Andre, já tentou deixar selecionado o "Step 2: Detect the device: Start downloading immediately" no OCTANS 2.14? Não tem problema em desconectar o aparelho antes de terminar o upgrade. Eu já fiz isso também e tá tudo funcionando. Ah, e outra: não use cabo extensor para conectar o Omnia ao PC. Veja aí se funciona e posta os resultados. _____ Did you select "Step 2: Detect the device: Start downloading immediately" on OCTANS 2.14? Do not use a cable extensor to connect the device to PC. Post the results. :D
