Does anybody using Igo My way?

http://www.igomyway.com/windowsmobile/en/index.html

Performance? Quality? GPS fix?

Darenas

I think it will be close to normal Igo(best nav software for O2).

I found this in your Link:

Current version supports 800x480 resolution phones with touch screen and GPS capability. Compatible devices are Samsung Omnia II, HTC HD2. New devices and resolutions will be added continuously, please check back later. This product will be released shortly in selected countries.

As far as I know there is no 800x480(WVGA) version out, up to now.

But it looks interesting.

Regards

There are loads of WVGA skins, Google for IGO8 SKINS this is my current skin http://www.gurjon.com/

Performance...

As as sat nav, excellent wipes the floor with TomTom so much more going for it

As a Windows mobile app, it does really need a high spec device but it will run on average spec devices but you will have to turn down options and it takes quite a few seconds to load.

Quality...

Second to none, once you try it you wont look back

GPS Fix...

Depends on your device

There was a site someone was maintaining with the latest iGO8 builds, maps, etc. (doesn't help if you don't have a license), and I was using this locale to get updates for the program.

I've forgotten the URL. Shot in the dark: Anyone have any clue what this site is?

I believe the site you're looking for is naviextras.com

Furthermore, they are just announcing the new version of IGO My Way 2009 which will support our O2 (and WVGA). It mentions that "This product will be released shortly in selected countries"

And in the FAQ it says (translated by Google from Hungarian to English):

Where can I buy the iGO version of the Windows operating system running on your phone?

The iGO My way phones running the Windows operating system version can not be purchased separately for the time being, at the moment only the Pannon network, the Samsung Omnia II is available with a telephone card with an activation code

No, that's their official site.

This was a bootleg site. The only reason I care is that I was able to get older builds there that I can't get from naviextras. Wish I could remember the url... can't find it with googling.
