Guest deltronuk Posted May 30, 2010 Report Posted May 30, 2010 I get a torrent of force closes after applying the espresso theme :( Actually, ignore me. I tried to be clever and did an `adb push` while the phone was booted. Works fine if you flash it properly! :(
Guest deltronuk Posted May 30, 2010 Report Posted May 30, 2010 Dito e.g. the market is unusable. The market app does seem to FC after it has downloaded something and is about to install :(

Guest eckengucker1 Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 The blue one looks juicy but whats about the white clock?
Guest Rem1x Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 The blue one looks juicy but whats about the white clock? The clock should be white, or do you mean the widget?
Guest -Yaya- Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 Could you please upload a picture which shows the highlight color of the new blue theme? Is it also blue? :(
Guest Rem1x Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 Could you please upload a picture which shows the highlight color of the new blue theme? Is it also blue? :( I'll screen shot one later, but yes, it's very blue, and very good good looking!
Guest Daniel Williamson Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 I'll screen shot one later, but yes, it's very blue, and very good good looking! Yeah the highlights are the same from the Blue_theme itslef: Grey when highlited and glass when pressed. But you will need to install the Edited launcher pro app for this to work :( I was thinking about editing other launcers too like alot of people use zeam aswell ? Dan
Guest eckengucker1 Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 The clock should be white, or do you mean the widget? Ah ok
Guest DanXo Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 (edited) If I apply this framework will my widgets and icons (shortcuts) be on the same place or will i have to rearrange them? Edited June 1, 2010 by DanXo
Guest Rem1x Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 If I apply this framework will my widgets and icons (shortcuts) be on the same place or will i have to rearrange them? They'll stay put :( Another Framework, thanks to Daniel Williamson coming up soon!
Guest DanWilson Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 They'll stay put :o Another Framework, thanks to Daniel Williamson coming up soon! Any ROM with black text in the status bar (vanilla ones) means that your black frameworks have no clock or date! :( :( LoL
Guest Rem1x Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 Any ROM with black text in the status bar (vanilla ones) means that your black frameworks have no clock or date! :( :( LoL Ahh.. We never thought about that..
Guest Simon O Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 (edited) Ahh.. We never thought about that.. If the rom is based on RBM2 then it should be possible to change the text colour like this: Edit build.prop and change this: ro.config.hw_isCustomize=true ro.config.hw_customizeType=02 ro.config.BlackButton=true
to this:
ro.config.hw_isCustomize=true ro.config.hw_customizeType=01 ro.config.BlackButton=false Then push to your phone. Simples. Edit: blackbutton may need to stay on true. I've not checked it. Update: There is another key called ro.config.SetStatusbarText=true which may be worth changing also. Guest DanWilson Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 (edited) Ahh.. We never thought about that.. Is there any way to change the text to white? That would make my phone perfect. That and finding a legendary wallpaper. Got the ROM, almost the framework, the home (ADW FTW!), the widgets, the bootscreen. Ownage! @flibblesan - Can I use Root Explorer? Never been able to use ADB... Edited June 1, 2010 by DanWilson
Guest Simon O Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 Is there any way to change the text to white? That would make my phone perfect. That and finding a legendary wallpaper. Got the ROM, almost the framework, the home (ADW FTW!), the widgets, the bootscreen. Ownage! See above. The Huawei roms (t-mobile, red bull mobile) have an option in build.prop for changing theme colours. Setting to 01 gives white text, 02 gives black text. I 'think' it also changes themes elsewhere but it certainly does not change the notification bar colour :(

Set /system as r/w then hold down on build.prop. Select text editor, make the changes and save. set back to r/o and reboot. You shouldn't have to clear anything for it to work.
Guest Epic-Emodude Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 To add this to a ROM do I just replace the files from the download with the respective ones in the ROM? Thanx Aaron
Guest Rem1x Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 To add this to a ROM do I just replace the files from the download with the respective ones in the ROM? Thanx Aaron Then sign it, that should work, ymmv.
Guest Epic-Emodude Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 Then sign it, that should work, ymmv. And it doesnt matter that the files in your framework are a fraction of the size of the original?
Guest DanWilson Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 Yes you can. Set /system as r/w then hold down on build.prop. Select text editor, make the changes and save. set back to r/o and reboot.
