[help] Photo alblum - picasa oAuth error

When i try "select "Upload to web" and then Picasa, it prompted the following message

"This site needs to oAuth login. Allow Communities to connect to website for login using web browser?"

a few seconds after I tapped "accept"

it showed

"oAuth Error. Failed to login"

Does anybody the solution for this error?
