3G Connection Reset's my phone provider connection every 15/20 sec!!!

Does anyone has a solution for my problem ? I live in the netherlands with telfort provider,

when i have bandwith automatic on, every 20 or so seconds, on 3G the phone connection resets ( same effect as if you would switch airplane mode on and off.

when i set the bandwith to 900/1800, My phone works perfect, but then i can only use gprs internet ( Slowwwwwwwwwww ) does anyone has a solution to my problem ?? i tried flashing different nb0/pda/csc/Eboot files but the problem stays!

when you connect 3G, how is the signal level? In auto mode, even if 3G signal is week, it should be able to jump to 2G mode automatically, there shouldn't be a 'no signal' if you can still receive 2G.
