Accidently done the simlock after rooting

I accidently done the simlock, after rooting. Any problem will happen ??

I try to swap the RUU_Legend_hTC_Asia_WWE_1.31.707.2_Radio_47.26.35.04_7.05.35.26L_release_121965_

igned.exe, my phone show no network service, after finish the installation. I swap it back to the R4 room is ok.

Should my sim card been locked ??? What function for simlock which is in the bootloader menu, is it just lock that only my sim card can be used for this device ??

Help me, Si Fu.... How do unlock it ??

ever try doing the rooting all over again from the start (step1-win...) then wipe every option available. i maybe wrong but no harm trying, right?
