I would like to download it, but Samsung Mobile Firmware Downloader tells me everyday that I reached limit for 1 download per day. It does not work right as I was unable to download it even once.

Do you think you can make it available for download?

It's not working anymore. If you want to use it, you'll have to pay. Check out the stickied section in the ROM discussion.
