How to extract a kitchen from ROM?

I recently cooked my first custom rom, using the i920 dc23 21889 kitchen. I was wondering how to extract a kitchen from another rom(.nbo file), is that possible?

It's not to difficult, but you should try asking the chef if they will share their kitchen files with you fist... much easier!

To extract a .bin from the .nb0, you want to install the rom and then use Dskdump to save a .bin on your storage card.

move that .bin to your desktop and use rom tools to build a kitchen out of it.

There is an easier way to "extract" file from another rom, and it doesn't involve flashing your phone to it. PM me if you want an "alternate" method.
