Could anyone please explain me how, where I can download and install a Claro - Brazil ROM for my samsung omnia II ? I am from Brazil, and my phone was bought when travelling abroad. Now i cant get my operator (Claro) cofigurations without installing their ROM version. In my Settings / System / Device the settings are: PDA I8000NXXIJ1 CSC I8000ATOIJ1 TELEPHONE I8000XXIJ1 Really stuck with this, im not being able to use internet, GPS or MMSs with this ROM I have installed. Será que alguém poderia me explicar onde e como eu posso baixar e instalar a rom original da Claro, do Brasil, para o Omnia II / GT-I8000 ? Sou do Brasil e meu aparelho foi comprado numa viagem ao exterior. Por causa da versão da ROM, não consigo obter automaticamente as configurações da Claro, e eles (e também a Samsung Brasil) alegam não dar suporte para telefones comprados fora do País - palhaçada ! No meunu Settings / System / Device as especificações são: PDA I8000NXXIJ1 CSC I8000ATOIJ1 TELEPHONE I8000XXIJ1 Realmente está me atrapalhando muito. Não consigo usar meu plano de dados, o 3G, GPS e nem enviar MMS's, e segundo o atendimento da Claro e da Samsung, o motivo é a ROM. Desde já agradeço !!!!

Thank you all in advance I8000LZTMIJ1_J4 CSC and Power on and off gifs (The power on and off gifs are for all the other operators since this CSC is from TIM - just put them on \windows folder) ***As I could see in the ImeiBrazil.pfg, it has all the network configurations for brazilian operators so that you won't need to configure it every ROM update but, as a TIM owner I cannot be sure of that, but it's better then other countries CSC that won't help at all*** I installed this CSC with my custom ROM and all the configuration came back after I pressed Restaurar Ligações on Samsung Settings->Definições Rede I don't know if you can only flash the CSC without an PDA (never did it)... let's hope somebody else knows of it as I'm curious as well. shadowangel Edited June 3, 2010 by shadowangel

You installed the PHONE part of the ROM? You tried everything before, "restore connections" in "Settings\Network settings\"?
