Oh and I can't restore from Titanium Backup is that because its a system app?

Not that it really matters but it also seems to take longer to boot, anyone else?

What exactly does Titanium Backup say?

First boot takes a long time for sure.

I keep getting a force close message for android keyboard whenever I boot my phone. Something about latin language :)

Did you do a full wipe before installing the ROM?

That's all I do myself. If you add wavesecure into a ROM it'll constantly bug you to register and it's not easy to remove.

Could you add that wavesecure link in the OP, so others can also benefit from it?

Why would anyone choose this launcher instead of ADW or LauncherPro is beyond me, but personal choice I guess. Cheers!

Its, faster, lighter, stable, much less complicate, stable, faster..................... :)

Why not at all :D You might delete the hdpi folders to reduce size, I also forgot to do it.

EDIT: Also I didn't notice if the drawer background is transparent, looks nicer if it is. :)

Haha... Ok.

Anyway if I flash it again, would the icons on my desktop on the stock launcher stay?

Looks like the GenieWidget (aka News & Weather) has decided to stop working.... again. I think it just doesn't like being added to /data/app rather than the system, or I need to sign it differently. I'll try and get this fixed.

Taking a break from development for today :)

A deserved one for sure. Enjoy those few precious moments of peace mate :D

The option to restore is missing, but other than that it looks fine.

Not just the first boot, that version of 1.2 with the dodgy contacts apps, booted really quickly, but as I say not that it really matters.

yeahh take your well earned break, it took me about two minutes to locate the apk file on google and install from my sd card. Anyone else can do that aswell

thanks for the wonderful ROM.

But I think there is some problem with the contacts app, the groups tab is not appearing in the application.

Please check.

Cheers

Hi there - is this zip flashable right away? I kinda like it :)

(And using stock launcher for having just a bit more of free RAM :D)

Have now started again, back to T-Mobile 1.5 Dec update, then tried UK 2.1 update : Update failed

Then back to Dec Update - T-Mob Hu 2.1 - works ok - rooted - then FLB 1.2 works fine. Clockwork recovery installed, wipe - then try update to 1.31 - Update failed.

anyone know why T-Mob UK 2.1 wont install?? and why FLB 1.31 wont either ?????

I was not aware that the contacts application is suppose to have a groups tab. Can anybody confirm if it should have one?

Ahh, I am gone for a few days and you guys are already on a new version. I feel left behind :)

I am using 1.2 Tre at the moment and I am quite happy with it. Are there any advantages in terms of speed or stability by updating to 1.31? I mean, I really don't need to, but my Inner Geek says "Don't be coward...if you don't want to fool around with your phone, why didn't you buy an Iphone...come on, do it"

Honestly, no. 1.3 was released to fit the slightly smaller system partition that the UK 2.1 update creates. 1.31 just fixes a small bug I introduced with 1.3. In terms of features there really isn't anything new.

Stick with your current ROM for now. The next update I will do my best to ensure it can be flashed without wiping, as long as you are upgrading from 1.2 or 1.31

Is there anybody that has flashed the FLB v1.31 update and has it working OK? Can you let me know if you have any problems running a2sd check from the terminal please?

Hi, I' ve upgraded to 1.31, from T-Mobile Pulse UK 2.1 official rom. It works very well. The ADW didn't respond perhaps twice, but not an issue. The 1.31 is quite smooth, at least so far.

BTW, Do you have the drivers and source codes? And are you already working on the 2.2 ROM?

I'm asking about it for a friend on the Web, who is interested in developing roms, but don't know english much. Not sure if it's an appropriate question.

thanks again!!

Thanks Flibblesan

I guess I will fight my inner geek than and keep 1.2 for now...shouldn't spend too much time at work playing with my mobile anyway, I guess.

Keep up the good work, but don't forget that there is a leisure time out there as well. Even though you will get angry messages if you don't solve all of our individual problems within seconds! :)
