Hmm, odd. Trying again, but this time without wiping Dalvik first, I'll only wipe it after the first boot.

Oh, and I've always got my dalvik on internal phone memory, if that makes any difference.

Edit: Nope, no luck, still FC-palooza

I don't know if it matters, but I'm on the official uk 2.1 update.

I can't find 'data synchronization' in settings too, and the su command says: permission denied :-(

Same to me, seems that Superuser Permission APK is missing too

Switched back to 1.31

I hope this could be fixed soon

Trying to update but it fails.

Did the Dalvik move to internal.

Started ClockworkMod

Pointed to the flb_1.4.zip

And came back with an error;

What do you put into the terminal to move cache back to phone memory?

Bit confused what to do to flash 1.4. Is it move dalvik back to phone memory,flash then wipe dalvik cache after first boot?Or move dalvik,wipe dalvik and then flash?

so basically move dalvik first to the phone, then wipe it in recovery and then flash( i think)

i just added AccountAndSyncSettings to the ROM from flb 1.2 and voila :D Acount and Sync Setting are back

a2sd check

This will check status for you and also reveals the command you need to move it back to internal storage:

a2sd nocache

Updated to TMob UK 2.1 then full wipe and FLB 1.4

I put AccountAndSyncSettings.apk from 1.31 in system/app and now I have the missing item in settings.

I have to mention that this rom boots up really quickly!

Trying to restore my apps from Titanium Backup and it keeps getting forced out memory, batch restore is impossible :D

I have tried Launcherpro, ADW and stock launcher, and have to say that the stock launcher is the best in terms of speed, stability and overall usability. Can you include it as default and maybe provide flashable updates for ADW & launcherpro ?

would it be possible to create a script in the FLB custom scripts that when run will flash a bootanimation.zip which had been put onto the SD card instead of having to use a pc and adb, im only asking because i now have limited access to a computer (my local library) and want to be able to use a custom boot animation?

just use a file explorer and copy the bootanimation.zip :D

what do you think about HTC-Ime keyboard ?

maybe it's possible to replace the TouchPal with this one.

(normal installation of HTC_IME mod brought nothing, the standard keyboard is TouchPal, and i have not found the way to change it)

You can only use the low-res version, and I take it you have went to "Settings" then "Language and Keyboard" and ticked the HTC_IME Mod?

Then tap-hold a text box, select "Input Method" and hit HTC_IME Mod.

From the sounds of it, 1.4 is very bad just now. No root, lots of Force Closes. Stay on 1.31 just now.

ah. Okay then. I'm not even on 1.31 I don't think. Apparently I'm on 2.1 CCR for Pulse r2. :/

Hope the later versions get better. v1.0 is the best one. :D
