Anyone know a calendar widget like tmobs, that isnt white so it blends in better with the espresso theme? I saw a few calendar widgets but none that i could findshow the entire month like tmobs does

Lovely. My home broadband has gone offline so any updates will have to wait until I get this sorted.

I've trying as many things as possible to fix the recent issues with the rom. One thing I'm going to do is flash the Tre update to my phone then flash flb and see if this works better.

Yep as the update fixes the issues with the boot animation and build.prop :)

That mistake i did with build.prop was my own fault.

I used the build.prop editor but forgot that is removed everything else and left the 3 things i changed it and i did never look inside the file before i put it in the phone and rebooted it.

After that i had no connection to the network and no root i was focked.

And my Nandroid i did was not properly created. I forgot the ext on it.

The only way to get it to work was flash T-Mobile Hungarian upgrade and your custom rom.

But its working perfect. But if i will go back i have the nandroid with Ext.

I`m actually running the beta 3 version wich is very fast i think....

The 5.1 seemed very slow to me, what do you think in comparison to the 5.1 how fast the new one is ????

Anyone able to use swype correctly on this rom. Wont work for me, lets me type but not swype :)

I had that issue (once only) with Beta 5.1 and solved it with a reboot. It was very annoying, and just as you describe. I was definitely using the Swype keyboard, but could only type one letter at a time.

Flibblesan, please please can we have vanilla framework edition? or framework zip link. I can't find a frame work zip for this - or perhaps we can have vanilla default and leave an update to espresso as there are zips for this.

Call me boring but reason I don't like black framework is that I find it makes the screen seem smaller - it blends with phone surround. I really like the white and green settings menu from oscillation rom - can I get that anywhere?. I don't know how to extract frameworks. If anyone can create a zip or tell me how (if its not to complicated) it would be most appreciated.

Great rom tho. I prefer Launcher pro. Very fast for me.

i have an issue with this rom (v.1.0 10 july with ADW).

whenever i boot the phone, the bootanimation is only visible for a couple of seconds then i

just get a black screen and have to wait like a minute or so staring at the black screen until i have to enter my pin

i know its a minor issue (i think) but its annoying.

i tried reinstalling the hungary 2.1 update.app (with and without the customized_hu) and then reflashing this rom

several times, but it still stays the same.

If you don't have a ext2 partition the apps are stored to the device. If you have one, Apps2SD is used.

Perhaps you mean the 2.2 feature where you can choose for each app the storage?

You need to increase the dalvik heap to 24MB. First release of FLB 1.0 had this set to 16mb (thanks A2sd....)

Mine is a lot better with the largeheap. Maybe it's your sd card performance.

To revert write in terminal

a2sd smallheap

reboot

or just move dalvik back to device

Should I wipe dalvik and others? What happens if I miss to wipe?

smallheap has helped but my device is still laggy :)

Extract framework-res.apk from flb 1.0 beta5.1 and push to the /system/framework/ directory. Then make changes to build.prop:

ro.config.hw_isCustomize=true

ro.config.hw_customizeType=01

ro.config.PopupTwink=false

ro.config.BlackButton=false

ro.config.SetStatusbarText=true[/code]


save, reboot. If you don't have root explorer then pull the build.prop, make changes, then push back


adb pull /system/build.prop


(make changes, save)


adb push build.prop /system/build.prop

Yes...

I belive we all have that issue.

Filb changed something for boot to be quicker and that is cosign that little problem, nothing scare though.

Is there a way in this rom to keep the status bar as it is now, with white clock, but to change a backround in settings and messaging into white?

I have to say that v1 solved all of my problems with fc... not a single one since I changed system to this verzion!
