Guest MarcusHenrique Posted July 19, 2010 Report Posted July 19, 2010 What's up flibble? So, I'm starting to experience some FC's without wait option on: android.process.acore. (V. 1.0) It's been happenning for about 3 days now, twice a day or so. The system crashes and takes more than a minute to come back. Do you know anything about it?

It'll tell you exactly what is causing the system to crash.
Guest andreass4 Posted July 19, 2010 Report Posted July 19, 2010 hey, today i realized something what should be changed in next version if it is possible. I found out that in some Appz (for instance SMS and the powercontrol widget) the buttons turn pink if you press them ;) So some T-Mobile pink is left :D Anyone else found this too? Btw. I run this Mod on an U8230 :D and it works REALLY fine  Thanks

All the ones available are based on t-mobile so they have elements of pink dotted about.
Guest igor_anta Posted July 19, 2010 Report Posted July 19, 2010 Yep, it's caused by the framework themes. All the ones available are based on t-mobile so they have elements of pink dotted about. I was thinking about this as well. Maybe it's because of the 2.1 you have on the phone. For example the T-Mob has pink elements while Tre doesn't? You tried some of the frameworks over the Tre update? Cheers!

Guest Sl4yer Posted July 19, 2010 Report Posted July 19, 2010 yea just noticed sorry about that all i have to do is move the dalvik to sd. is that correct? thanks and sorry again. I wouldn't do that unless you need to (i.e. you install loads of apps and run out of memory). Slows things down considerably for me, and my card is Class 4. See how you go on first.
Guest ogiogi Posted July 19, 2010 Report Posted July 19, 2010 Fixed the Power Control Widget. No more Pink  Unzip and Push this Settings.zip in system/app NAND BACKUP JUST TO BE SAFE :D
Guest igor_anta Posted July 19, 2010 Report Posted July 19, 2010 I tested with the Tre framework and that has no pink bits. So you tested the Tre framework on you 1.0 mod installed over the official Hungarion T-Mob 2.1? If so than the pink is somewhere in the xml files in drawable  Cheers!
Guest andreass4 Posted July 19, 2010 Report Posted July 19, 2010 Fixed the Power Control Widget. No more Pink :D Unzip and Push this Settings.zip in system/app NAND BACKUP JUST TO BE SAFE :( Wow  really nice and thanks for the really fast work :D this should be added in next version ;)
Guest darkdevil1 Posted July 19, 2010 Report Posted July 19, 2010 Fixed the Power Control Widget. No more Pink :D Nice! Do you also have a link to your background btw? I quite like it

Guest ogiogi Posted July 19, 2010 Report Posted July 19, 2010 BYE BYE Pink stuff in Messaging app (selected text is still pink) Unzip and push this Mms.zip to /system/app NAND BACKUP JUST TO BE SAFE
Guest Fusion0306 Posted July 19, 2010 Report Posted July 19, 2010 (edited) BYE BYE Pink stuff in Messaging app (selected text is still pink) ;) Unzip and push this Mms.zip to /system/app NAND BACKUP JUST TO BE SAFE Works great  Thanks! This should definitely make it to the flibblesan's v1.1 (@ogiogi: you should put custom emoticons in all of your frameworks - or at least both - with and without, so anyone can choose, but I like having custom smileys :D ) Edited July 19, 2010 by Fusion0306
Guest Simon O Posted July 19, 2010 Report Posted July 19, 2010 Works great  Thanks! This should definitely make it to the flibblesan's v1.1 Yep. I'm already adding them :D

Guest ogiogi Posted July 19, 2010 Report Posted July 19, 2010 Not sure I'm keen on the black buttons on the grey bar. Maybe change the bar to black? Definitely . BTW Still pink selected text with the TRE framework :D. Might be in services.jar
Guest labtec3 Posted July 19, 2010 Report Posted July 19, 2010 Could you confirm this works please? I've had other people report GPS is non-functional and I'd like to know if this is the cause. Hi, the gps is working now with the a-gps off. Thanks.
Guest igor_anta Posted July 19, 2010 Report Posted July 19, 2010 Definitely . BTW Still pink selected text with the TRE framework :D. Might be in services.jar Services.jar or the .xml's in drawable. You can just push the services.jar from the Tre framework and see what happens. If someone can just post the framework-res.apk and the services.jar from Tre, if confirmed that there are no pink elements, I'll try if that's the problem. Cheers!
Guest Simon O Posted July 19, 2010 Report Posted July 19, 2010 Services.jar or the .xml's in drawable. You can just push the services.jar from the Tre framework and see what happens. I did that and it fooked my phone up. Stuck in a boot loop.
Guest ogiogi Posted July 19, 2010 Report Posted July 19, 2010 (edited) Not sure I'm keen on the black buttons on the grey bar. Maybe change the bar to black? Oh man this gave me a headache. I changed every gray png to black in the apk and it still wouldn't change. So i started looking in the most logical place framework-res.apk. And there it was laughing at me title_bar_medium.9.png. So i changed that and voila The PNG is in system/framework/framework-res.apk/res/drawable-mdpi. Replace it with this one title_bar_medium.9.zip Edited July 19, 2010 by ogiogi
Guest igor_anta Posted July 19, 2010 Report Posted July 19, 2010 I did that and it fooked my phone up. Stuck in a boot loop. Shait :D So I guess the entire system\framework folder on you rom is taken from the T-Mob release and not from Tre? If you change that for the next release it may fix the issue . But if it's no biggie just upload the framework-res.apk from Tre, the one you confirmed had no pinks and I'll see if it can be fixed by just playing around with the xml files in drawable. Cheers!
