Who can help me download the freeware:Mobile AP from Samsung Apps Store

If you have OmniaII and live in Europe now, please do me a favor. I need a OmniaII's software named Mobile AP, it's a freeware. I found it from the Samsung Apps Store in the Samsung's UK website. But I can not download it, because Im in China, If I enter the URL: www.samsungapps.com in my PC IE, the system will automatically redirect to xiazai.samsung.com.cn.

If you are European, you can find and download Mobile AP from Samsung Apps on your OmniaII. If you do not mind do this for me. please upload it to this post as an attachment . I would be very grateful.

Finally, I apologize for my poor English. hope you understand my idea.

is there a user manual or help associated with this application?

I cannot see my Omnia II from other wireless enabled PCs to connect to it! and in the Omnia, it only shows 5 empty bubbles with nothing else that can be done...
