Automatic GPRS Settings and TV out problems

First; I used to have the HTC devices and it was easy to choose the automatic connection settings of the GPRS by simply choose the country and the automatic settings will run softly. But in the OMNIA II I found that most of the GPRS settings has to be entered manually. Is there is a way to fix this issue.

One more thing, how to connect my device to the TV and watch its contents on the TV. Is it through a special program and what cable should be used for it.

This should do what you need, just need to add the user name and password as far as I can tell.
