How to enable winmo 6.5 lockscreen?

I'm starting to dislike the samsung default lockscreen, so i'd like to enable the windows mobile one, but I've searched high and low for it, and I can't find it. Anyone know how to enable it?

After a week of searching, I still don't have the answer, and apparently neither do you guys. No one knows how to do it? I've made numerous changes to the registry and still haven't figured it out.
