Hello,

My OmniaII (purchased in Singapore) has a pre-configured WAP network and I can't set it to my operator's WAP settings.

See here:

I tried to check the registry, but didn't find anything useful.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks.

Maybe you can try this.

type *#1546792*# on your samsung dialer.

tap on Preconfiguration.

Password is *#81230*#

configure it to your operator.

It'll do a hard reset.

I tried this twice, and it always came back with Singapore Settings :-(

Seem your ROM version is not an official, please flash the official one then the phone itself detect Operator Configuration automatically. My Omnia come from Singtel Set which used in Viet Nam (Vinaphone). I didn't get any trouble as you did.

My ROM is official ROM that I downloaded through NPS when WM6.5 was available. Maybe when I switched to my operator, it didn't accept it and put back Singapore.

Any way I can manipulate the registry to edit the WAP networks?

Thanks.
