Messaging Application

Hello everyone, I need an sms app that is better then the default samsung sms app. i dont know of any thrid party apps to download, i was wondering if some of you kind people can upload cabs or direct me to some good sms applications. Ive been using the default windows sms, but franquely its quite boring :) the default samsung app is really slow at loading threaded sms and such. so im looking for an app to replace these. Preferably a freeware?

I'm wondering a better messaging app as well.. You may try vito sms chat but I don't like it for some reasons..

I think the best sms app on Wm is HTC built-in messaging program.. bit it didn't work well on OMnia iI..

win mo default sms app is also not bad....

winmo sms is excellent but i want to try something different:) i tried the htc app found on this forum but it always says unsuccessful installation

Resco Contact Manager has a nice SMS component that is integrated with contacts etc.

I'm glad you posted this...I'm also looking for a good sms that is not samsungs' orginal.

I can't get winmo to thread.

I've been using vito but can't integrate mms with it...

anyone successfully get htc messaging to install without using htc sense rom?

as to ur winmo thread problem, what registries did u change? maybe u changed the wrong ones?

So, I looked around to change the registries. My problem was couldn't change the registries with PHM Registry Editor, but used Mobile Registry Editor (which is awesome and easy to use).

Sorry about NuBiness, but all is good now. I'm liking it better than vito.

Now, just need to figure out how to change the skin, and anyway to get contact pictures to show up with winmo?

Suggestions?

(I did do a search, couldn't find anything in my initial search for this...)

yea but dont u have to pay for it? i was looking for possibly a skin to go over the existing sms app for winmo..or a completely different third party app
