hey what about LCR... can you have LCR flashed and then flash this over on top? ... plus can anyone write an overall review of what the bugs are please and thank you ;)

I have been using this for two days. It is too similar to 1.100.05. If you are happy with 1.100.05+custom rom (e.g. LCR), I believe that you don't really want to flash to 1.100.09. Indeed, I found 1.100.05+vache and 1.100.05+LCR are faster that 1.100.09. I haven't tried flashing LCR on the top of the new rom.

I found two problems with the new rom:

(1) You must replace busybox by Malez053 in order to use Titanium Backup.

(2) The lanucher is laggy. I replaced it by the lanucherPro.

I use it because it comes with a newer version of handwriting.apk and it does not disable the +/- buttons anymore when playing music. I prefer 1.100.05+vache/drigerott/LCR/ over this.

How do u remove superuser.apk?

Use malez recovery : unroot (root will also remove previous installation)

Ah yeah, SMS is a lot quicker! I had so much trouble with SMSes with 1.100.05... ;)

I haven't had any problem with the new ROM except I have to reboot the device before I can use Easy-link to connect to internet.

I have also an issue on BT since I'm in 2.1 bin (1.100.005 right now but the pb was common to all 2.1 roms):

It deconnects suddenly when trying to start a communication.

I had no issue with ACER official rom 1.6 and a colleague of mine tested with a HTC Desire in 2.1 he has no problem.

The bluetooth device is my car original handfree set : SEAT ALTEA 2009. with the common radio not the gps one.

When the deconnection happen it connects back by itself. After retrying several time the connection works in the end...but next call is the mess :-(

I don't know if someone have the same kind of issue...

EDIT: I'm in LCR 1.6 on 1.100.005 Acer bin. I reverted in standard Acer 1.100.005 I will test today if I have the same issue...

When I enable the Bluetooth, it'll load for a while, and turn it off itself

I have not experience this problem before when I was in the 1.100.05 ROM ;)
