Guest dsa88 Posted June 14, 2010 Report Posted June 14, 2010 Please help, tried to google for the answer but still nothing .. The prob is: I'm using 3 different (gmail) email accounts on my O2 WM65, one is default using Outlook and MS Exchange and it's working thru ActiveSync (showing new msgs and new msg notification) and the other two are also gmail emails but set with IMAP, Inbox and Sent Items folders manually set to Sync. Suddenly (a few days ago) when I press Sync on ActiveSync I'm receiving only emails from my default one account, for other 2 I need to go to each folder and to press send/receive if I want to get my msgs. Now, I'm pretty sure that ActiveSync was working for all of three accounts before, showing new msgs and notifications for ALL email accounts I have on my mobile. Why it stopped working with other two, even tho they have marked folders for syncing, I honestly have no idea and was hoping for some help here. Thanks!! Recently I updated Office Mobile to 2010.. Any suggestion, options trick, registry tweak... is very appreciated.

Guest GunnarKarlsson Posted June 15, 2010 Report Posted June 15, 2010 hey guys 20 views for 10h.. i mean, i used the word 'help' in the subject :) It might be because we do not have any fix, My activesync behaves the same, it only syncs my Microsoft exchange account. I have to go through each of the other accounts and select send-receive. I have a mortscript which does this automatically emailAccountX = "whatever you called your account when setting it up" Run("\windows\tmail.exe", "-Service """ & eMailAccountX & """ -Sync") Sleep(10000) then do this for each mail account you want to sync. //Gunnar
Guest dsa88 Posted June 16, 2010 Report Posted June 16, 2010 Thanks Gunnar, my bad. I had impression that O2 activesync was updating my other emails. And actually it would be great that it can! Sorry, still new to the WinMo world.
