Quick Text & My Text

Ok so it seems that the "Quick Text" Files and the "My Text" files are separate. Can anyone tell me where each of these are located and how i can extract the file and manipulate/add to it without having to go through messaging and edit these? This is really a pain to have to reset this again after each flash...PLEASE HELP.

I am quite certain that both of the locations are in my rom thread, just back them up with phm regedit.
