[HELP] Titanium Panel - SFavorites

Hi all,

I'm using twu2 JE1 lite ROM. After that i installed the separate JE1 Chome Cab's installer. Then i use the titanium theme. Everyhting works great, except for the part SFavorites, samsung's built-in Opera Favorite panel. It always looks for SPluginFavorites.exe in /Windows. I don't have it, I've googled it and still have no luck.

Any of you care to share the file here?greatly appreciated.
