use winrar to extract the FlatBlack.rar file and you will get a FlatBlack.tsk file

put the FlatBlack.tsk in "MY DOCUMENTS" and go to setting-today-chose FlatBlank

the more files in the device the slower it gets.

i've never used that feature in sktool, you can install cabs the normal way. dose it have HTC dialer or samsung one? can you change the sense wallpaper?

You can change the wallpaper by reg editin' or with Rapid's Wallpaper changer (yet it will be another service = RAM)

I've had problems with Samsung Dialer... The Signal icon on the taskbar vanishes with it installed (with the ROM or installed after... don't know why though)

About the album font issue, I'll look into this B)

On my previous failed attempt to put sense on 6.1, when I managed to disable sense, the dialer worked fine :lol:

how can i disable the weather animation on the homescreen? since its not working to change the wallpaper, you cant fix it with changing the wallpaper.

You can create it or ignore... I've seem some people saying that only changing the home.wallpaper mode solves the issue

How can i get it black here:

when i chose a black wallpaper it just went grey and when i chose another wallpaper it went grey with a background

some bugs i have found:

-in All Messages you cant scroll,new message or press on any of your message in the inbox.

-you cant add or go to a favorite in the internet tab

-you cant press menu in the music tab

-the font in photo tab is huge

-sometimes sense just restarts randomly

Setting tab:

whats not working:

Personalize

-add a wallpaper on homescreen and lockscreen

Wireless contols

you cant turn on/off any of the controls.

About phone:

-you cant scroll in hardware and software information

-the "battery" option doesnt work.

i changed pp to 15mb, i followed shadow's guide to change wallpaper then install background for all to get same background for all tabs. you can use pictures & videos to set today background picture to get rid of grey start menu.
