there are 2 folders on 4share.com and both of them are empty. not trying to rush you or anything, but i have been reflashing your thread over 20 times already, even when i was asleep :)

I'm at work... And the ROM is almost finished... I just replaced the dialer as it had the previous dialed person error and it's very annoying.

I'll arrange those folders this weekend (but the ROM I intend to upload tonight :D)

No, it's not... I just got another one that was made for 6.5.x and I'm testing it :)

Don't know why but I tested another dialer and they all seem to have the same issue on 6.5.x... That when you select a previous dialed person and it dials the one before it... Kinda frustrating, but as it is not an impeditive issue, I'll upload it to you guys (and maybe cook a localized portuguese edition ;))

But then how dose you htc dialer function in your first personal 6.5.5 ROM? which im still using and waiting for another 6.5.x, why not just use that in stead? i mean this is not a huge deal but of cource hopefully you can fix it very soon!!! and are you ssure its the dialer or just the ROM itself?

Also did you menchion you have confrence calling and video calling working with the htc dialer or was it when you went back to samsung?

I'm uploading an RC1 beta for you guys to see on my 4shared :D

I didn't say it didn't work, maybe I'm just testing it wrongly...

Now that I got to look it better, it has the big buttons from 23569... I think that 23127 uses the best of that build, which was a beta and was left behind without improvements... I'll leave 23569 for good now ;)

seems to be up downloading now, can i ask what has changed from your first 6.5.5 it it just the same as 6.5 RC3 but with just 6.5.x?

It has almost the same packages as RC3 with the differences on the modified post above :angry:

From 6.5.5 to 6.5 RC3/6.5.3 I used HD2 newest available 2016 packages as well (on 6.5.5 it was only the manila part)

still downloading, i hope the dialer bug is not to big of an issue. I still have not seen any white squares on your 6.5.5 version, well i'm lieing i did not only 1 or twice since i flashed it.

seems fine to me i find it a bit slower then 6.5.5 but it works fine. The dialer has no errors or bugs all numbers and contacts work. It just i cannot save contact to the sim card?? is there a fix?

The other thing i did not like was the alarm with 6.5.5 if you press the snoose button it would snoose for 5 minutes with this version you first have to hit the snoose button then pick a time which i don't like because i use it to wake up in the morning and would rather not hit extra buttons and by mistake hit 1 day and get very very late.

But that's a Windows thing =/

I've taken WM 21908 clock and attached here... see if it fixes that problem.

(UnRAR, copy to the windows folder and soft reset)

no i know its a windows thing, not blaming you i just forgot that it changed with 6.5.3. also even if i select a time like 5 minutes and i wait 5 minutes it just dose not ring and the fact it dose the repeat it just rings once and stops. That will never wake me up. Will try the clock fix and report back.

i flashed back to 6.5.5 i dunno i did not like it that much seemed slower. But the dialer was allot better and loved having the samsng keypad back. Can't you just create a new 6.5.3 ROM in stead of using the 6.5 kernal? like i said i been using 6.5.5 and did not have any issues with white squares and even if i did they where very rare.

main issue right now was the alarm and i need it for work so for now i'm gonna stick with 6.5.5 and will flash again this weekend to try it out once again. tried coping the 3 files with sktools and it didn't do a thing. I'm sure i doing it wrong what app show i use to copy the files over?

BTW with 6.5.3 beta i had no problems with the dialer you where having all buttons and contacts worked fine. The only issue i had was i was not able to save my contact to the sim card which is the case with the old 6.5.5 as well. Overall everthing was good i dunno i just did not like it that much compared to 6.5.5

I've just installed 6.5.5 beta version and there is one small problem: when tapping top bar You can see samsung large icons or sense large icons (I've seen somewhere solution but cannot find it now...)
