thx for the tips but still not working... I get stuck at 80% of the sense cab. it's says it doesn't has the permission to continue with install

Are you using a ROM with Sense cooked in it? If yes, you will have that issue as the Cab sense file will not have permission to replace the files in the Windows directory. Please flash witha ROm with no Sense in it.

we have some problems on our samsung omnia i8000:

1. You cannot edit the home layout in this version

2. You can do this with a 3rd party app

3. This is not a sense problem

4. Install the comm manager cab

we have some problems on our samsung omnia i8000:

> Home Layout can be only edited via registry. Omnia have some compatibility issue with Manila files wherein the Edit Home tab does not work. Please see the link http://www.modaco.com/content/i8000-omnia-...e-layout-guide/.

> With Cookies Home Tab and Cookie Home Tab editor 1.8.5, I am able to change the wallpaper.

> Please take a backup of mms.dll file from the Windows directory before you install Sense. After installing Sense, please follow the steps below:

1. Disable Sense.

2. Use Resco Explorer or Task Manger to kill the process "tmail.exe".

3. Copy the backed up mms.dll to windows directory and overwrite the existing one.

4. Start the Sense.

mms.rar

You will be able to send sms, compose new etc.

> Install the Communication Manager suite from the here. 6_CommManager_Suite.CAB

Got the OEM package for Manila Sense 2.5 2016. I am in the process of converting into cab with all those possible bugs removed. 2016 has the Stocks, twitter, Footprints tab inbuilt. The Sense will take approx 120mb in your Main memory. So have the space ready.

Wow that's great. Do you think it will work when we uninstall your 2015 version and then install this new one. I don't want to hard reset my phone again ;)

If you manage to completely uninstall the old version, you can install the new one with out hard reset.

can you make a cab of 2016 without stock, twitter and footprints since nobody use those tabs?

you can't say no one uses them, i sure don't but that dose not mean we should remove them. If you don't need those tabs just disable them and your good to go.

I hope 2016 will fix all bugs we have so far and no new ones creep up and hopefully no issue with i8000 users. I would also like to advise you to include opengl drivers and sdk certs in the cab so we don't have to install it manually.

It isn't really much work to just install 2 really small files is it ;)
