ummmm yes. Either remove off homescreen, as you would with any widget, or root the device and delete the app. (?)

Well after flashing the modaco rom and stealing some ideas for widgets off some of the above posts my home screen has changed somewhat, so I thought I would post again!

The control bar is SwitchPro Widget and the music one is 3^ (cubed). Which is by far the sexist media player I have found!

Hi all,

Well i noticed screen shots of devices on other forums are much more active then ours seems to of become I'm sure most of us have changed our screens quite a few times by now especially as some are now running 2.1 so thought it would be interesting to get this thread going again and see what changes and things we have all discovered. Here was my latest set up from when i got my new replacement Streak although I've just changed it again tonight i haven't taken any screen shots yet so this is what it looked like and the new look will be posted soon. It would be good to see yours to.

Also the WiFi, Bluetooth, Always Screen On, and GPS are all from the Extended Controls 1x1 Widget. Plus of course using Beautiful Widget for the Clock and Weather allows me to go to my Calender by pressing the date and Gentle Alarm by pressing the time.

Are there any widgets like extended controls or switchpro that actually span 4 icon spaces. In both, selecting the 1x4 option just gets me 1x3.

Edit - I guess it doesn't matter. . . I found a nice 1x1 widget to fill the void. . .

Hi all,

I did try using some custom icons using Better Cut but found even though the icons where 72x72 they where really small on my screens and i actually prefer them in the larger size they are so have stuck with normal icons for now. This is now my new set up using a Tron Legacy Wallpaper although i do tend to swap Wallpapers quite often and then just re arrange the icons to suit it but these are currently the apps and Widgets i am using and like on my Home Screens and will most probably stick with for a while. Although it's amazing how many new Widgets and apps there are still to be discovered and really its one of the things i like so much about Android the fact their is just so much we can do to make our devices truly unique in look.
