Have u tryied this? I try O2 10C version from Microsoft VMWARE of Windows XP, at end it give me some arror and I was so tarrified and I thought I bricked my phone but after few minitus everything was fine, which is the proper and safest method and operating system for flashing? Also tried using KP500's utility, it extracts the kdz to cab fine, but the utility which flashes compains about the connection to the phone, same as the offical update application. Thanks Hi my one from the cps UK unlocked with 10c and I flash using k500 utility from windows xp of vmware installed from windows 7 64 bit it gave me some kind of error at last but I flashed from vmware-xp from within windows 7 64 bit. Butwhen I try to use the same utility to flash version 10d the link supply by one member it's Europe open rom released by Lg I can't able to flash this time, this time it gave me 2 different kind of error one is saying that some connection problem with pc connection and second error mention that I can't flash using this version of rom, for information I did not select the 'mass storage only mode' during flashing, one strange thing I notice that some time I am not able to access the sd card when I connect the phone to pc doesnot matter I enable or disable USB statage mode, is aneone notice problem accessing memory card ? This all for my flashing experience, let me know the software. Utility Which you are using, another strangh thing I notice when I try to update using Lg software update is saying new software update available for device and it download USB driver every time I connect the phone and after some time is say no software update available for your device ...
