good stuff and keep up the work (wifi next!) majority of people won't switch from 2.1 without it i feel.

Might test this in a bit, but maybe not as i'll end up taking it off due to the above issues, once i've gotten over the prettyness :(

*edit* does it have graphical errors too? look at the 3rd screenshot about, there's that rogue line on the battery icon..

For me it looks promissing, speed is there.

I'll be checking this thread often, with bugs fixed it would be my default ROM 4 sure.

I checked a video on youtube by batista70, the speed was impressive!

While using the awfully heavy Sense Live Wallpaper the scrolling looked smooth.

Now I'm really interested. But I bet that we'll have to wait for 2.1 Kernel Source before seeing Wifi working.

Same problems and way of installing as Froyo. (donut base and no sign).

Other bugs that are not in froyo:

- no sensor (compass, accelerometer, proximity, light ...)

- 3g data connection hasn't been tested (you can thank my provider for that), but it should work.

- first boot is deadly slow. Just wait. Especially on the white HTC screen after unlocking

- It takes A LOT of space. (Only 40MB available in /data after boot)

- No bluetooth

- No sdcard detected.

And thanks vache for his help.

The included boot.img has ramzswap + 880MHz @ 1.25V

You installed it over a Donut ROM right ?

That's pretty much all you'll get /o\ (no data space, no SD, no app2sd, I don't think someone can do much things with that :))

I flashed the ROM (over 1.100.09) and got no WiFi and no 3G. :(

Do I have to flash the ROM over a DONUT? ;)

Im gonna have a go at this. have experience with sense on htc devices so now that you have fixed most things I will set it to the acer kernel until a 2.1 kernel that works is posted ;) also try and slim er down a bit

Shame ;) I flashed this rom but i could not try the most important for me: Htc email function. I wanted to know for sure only one thing: if an email contain a phone number, can we click on that number to call it immediately or just display as text and nothing can do with it. As i have not 3g,edge i could not try it :(

Would be nice if you could at least get the 3g internet connection working. ithink the rest isnt that important...but you need internet to play arround a bit and test all funktions;) so just would be great...;)
