Guest Ale Baba Posted June 20, 2010 Report Posted June 20, 2010 (edited) Vanilla Bean Notice: I'm not going to develop this ROM any more. Compared to the AOSP sources Indigo Bean (CyanogenMod) offers more features out of the box and makes my life and yours a lot easier. Edited August 7, 2010 by Ale Baba

Guest Eric Butler Posted June 24, 2010 Report Posted June 24, 2010 Great work! Wifi isn't working for me, looks to be a problem with wpa_supplicant: E/WifiHW ( 113): Supplicant not running, cannot connect Haven't had a chance to look into this yet. I also noticed that the home button doesn't work. I'd like to help. Do you have any build scripts, other sources, and/or any general directions to help me and others get started without having to duplicate your work? Thanks!
Guest creatif Posted June 24, 2010 Report Posted June 24, 2010 Wifi is working here, and there are no bugs (other than mentioned above) after a few days of use!

I hate to say this, but as far as I know you are the first one having these problems. Especially the issue with the home-button is too strange to be true. I only have one advise: Do a full wipe (backup first) and reinstall Vanilla Bean. If that doesn't help I can't do anything else for you.
Guest fezze Posted June 25, 2010 Report Posted June 25, 2010 hey, i just flashed in your rom, but i dont have an Wifi connection atm, so i skipped the google sign in, in the startup screen, now when i have configured my APN, and now i cant connect market so i can connect to google, and if i try to make a account in account and sync i only can make a exchange account, what to do?

I've read elsewhere, that you have to complete the sign in process the first time or it probably won't work later. The solution reported to work is to reset factory defaults and try again. Never had that problem myself though.
