Customizing taskbar to make it look like wm7

Hey all as u guys know, the original wm6.5 taskbar has white coloured icons on a black background. i was wondering whether if i could change the WHITE icons to BLACK icons so that it cannot be seem in the black background. Thus, making it look like the one in wm7 (Except for the clock)
