Hi everyone, I have searched the forum but couldn't seem to find a couple small apps like the following:

1. an app that directly takes me to the screening brightness setting. in SPB Mobileshell you can even directly adjust the brightness on the home screen!

2. an app that takes me to the USB conection setting, where you can choose the USB connetion is ActiveSync or Mass Storage.

Thanks for helping!!!

1. Tell us that rom are you using. I know that samsungs settings in newer roms are easy to use and adjusting the light is no problem. As a spb ms user...i know the program doesn't allow this...

2. with spb mobile shell you can create a shortcut to the new samsung settings. i was used to omnia 1 shortcut system, where you could add shortcuts to almost everything. with omnia 2 it's a litle bit trickier, but it works.

I don't think there are any apps around to do what you are asking, but i may be wrong. good luck.

you mean the .exe files in \Windows folder? I only see a few .exe files there and none of them relates to what I am looking for. could you point out the full names of the files so I can do a search? Many thanks!
