Guest squrl Posted August 13, 2010 Report Posted August 13, 2010 yes Amon_RA or ClockworkMOD (not ROM Manager, it uses the fake-flash method)??
Guest blackcoffee85 Posted August 19, 2010 Report Posted August 19, 2010 I found that I couldn't sync anything with this application installed, though I only tried it alongside the official maps application. I was mainly interested in the caching of tiles to SD - why doesn't the official apk do a better job of this?
Guest beady_uk Posted August 20, 2010 Report Posted August 20, 2010 Hi, Does anyone know where i can download a full set of uk map tiles so i can transfer them straight to my memory card and save my data allowance? Also which folder on the memory card are the map tiles located in? Thanks
Guest endolith Posted October 28, 2010 Report Posted October 28, 2010 (edited) I just found out there's a version of Brut maps that will use AndNav2 tiles. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread...423#post7854423 Since I already have GB of AndNav2 tiles, this would be great. Can you make a stockified version of it? Edited October 28, 2010 by endolith
Guest Kaare Posted November 14, 2010 Report Posted November 14, 2010 maps.brut17 is officially out now, and is stockified by default. It is based on maps v4.6.0. There is also a [brut] tagged version there, but the stockified version seems to work best. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=630887 Something for the next iteration of the kitchen I think.
