i just want to know why when i use FRF50 for dount,i browse a website which use flash for video.

The video which compressed with H.264 is ok.

But after i updated with FRF50/FRF91 for elcair i can't watch the video.

It just show a icon(the icon like play icon) but i can't see the video.

I was reading about battery life a little, and having too many frequencies isn't a good thing.

Who cares ? That's fine tuning, my FRF91 can barely do 5hours it seems, this has nothing to do with that.

Supposedly it is better to have as less intermediate states. 1 powersave/idle state, 1 performance state, and 1-2 intermediate states.

Mine are currently 128, 256, 460, 921. The rest of the frequencies have been disabled in my kernel. See if that helps.

Do you even know what idle state is ?

I also noticed you are playing with idle settings. toastcfh, being the person who enabled overclock for all MSM7x devices, has the following .config that might be worthwhile to refer to:

You know who actually did overclock for android msm7k devices ? Please check, and don't piss me off again about that.

And nothing interesting in the .config.

u are wrong. He said phone was on idle whole night aka permanent 245mh.Its not gonna change nothing.

Yeah... idle=cpu running at minimum available frequency

I'm fed up with noobs that assumes they know everything, real world processors are WAY more complex than just changing frequencies when it comes to idle handling. And qualcomm's idle is even more complex than even intel's c-states.

After updating with this zip, vista keeps asking for ECM (ethernet control modem) driver.

Am i missing something, are there newer usb drivers i need?

Yeah, I activated network interface over usb for tethering. I'll try enable rndis (another network interface, but that doesn't require installing drivers on windows), later.

yeah.. we could really do without the rudeness.. but lets not grill the guy..

Hum sorry, I couldn't that time, when talking about something I worked hard on, I don't really appreciate. (for people who don't follow, i'm speaking about msm7k's overclock)

There are some real pillocks on this forum, we should have an IQ test on entry and set the minimum required IQ for admission to that of a geriatric dog thats had a stroke, that should ween out most of them.

If you get a bit lost when reading this post, its ok, all you have to do is shut up and let us get on with things. Respect to all of you who keep on topic

For me battery life isn't so bad, it's better than frf50, surely I don't mean consumption is low, but better than previous version of froyo, at least for me.

I'm using oc920Mhz.

Could you be more specific ? (like 10 hours ?)

Anyway, in the battery life topic, DON'T RUN CAMERA APP. That would prevent the system from sleeping. Just reboot if you ran it, to "fix" it.

You finally come to power and to answer questions. I have the time before froyo50 mentioned.

You did not listen to me.

Really only about 10 hours of electricity. 100%>0% consum.....SO fast.

Check IRC logs, I've been investigating on this problem the whole day. Sorry not giving you early reports.

Ok, the same one in some existing language please ? (english or french are accepted.)

You did not listen to me.

Listen to what ? to "Shut up" ? or to "just use half day about. " which is as understandable as the previous quote ?

Really only about 10 hours of electricity.

It needs ""some"" details...

Anyway, don't expect any respect if you insult people and if you can't get yourself understood.

Hey phhusson can you explain me how to port a theme to your version of froyo please :(

I don't know if it is a known issue, an issue with my A2DP headset or something else, but it seem that a2dp does not work (media play through the speaker of the phone, AVRCP control work fine though : play can be triggered from the headset). Calls with the headset does not seem to work, sound is very distorted. Not a big issue, may be an issue with my headset. Worth mentionning it I think.

Anyway, phhusson you're great :( !

I noticed that the first post made no mention of proximity sensor/bluetooth bugs. Have these been fixed in FRF91?

No, simply because I've no clue how that work :(

Google seems to give some interesting links,

you can use, for example, site:modaco.com theme deodex

My battery level goes down ≈1% per hour (3G & sync @768Mhz max) - I don't see any difference to Eclair Roms (at least when mostly idling). (Don't know if this is still relevant or if the camera.apk was the only source causing this battery drain :()

Only problem I encountered: Twice my Liquid was rebooting after unplugging it from the charger. disabling Wifi.

I had this issue in the last FRF50. Switched back to LCR because I can't live without my Bluetooth headset.

Ok, good to know, I guess that everyone (including me) who experienced bad battery life might have tried camera :(

We'll see what my phonese does tonight.

how do i get the percentage in the battery icon?

This ROM is amazing, great job!

I used it for about 9-10 hours and I still have 39% of battery (installed various apk, played, surfed with wifi, played music, overclocking, etc...)

Had only 2 reboots when overclocked to 1100 and 998 Mhz

When phhusson'll release a working camera ROM it'll be perfect!

Just like Desire, after you upgraded HTC Desire from 2.1 to 2.2. The battery life will shortly 30% than before (no install any extra software from market).....I have bought another battery pack for Desire for daily use now.

It is my own experience. I have both devices in my pocket.

So liquid's problem is the same..
