In my opinion there are far more important things to get sorted out, before working on new features.

Of course, I prefer a Froyo very usable than a Froyo unstable, BUT with Dolby :)

I have installed the Froyo 91 and it just stuck on the screen where the Android is having an icecream or (froyo) for like 15 mins without ever booting up. Anyone have any idea? I have tried it 1.00.39 EMEA and 1.00.09 AAP. Thank You.

Any progress on my favorite FroYo? :)

Still working on camera ...

Now I get images !

Just totally crazy brightness/contrast/chrominance settings.

Same for video or video doesn't work at all yet?

Anyway great job, that means we may soon have a properly working camera on froyo :)

You are very lucky, dude! I can't say the exact battery drain of my liquid but I'm sure that's odd compared to LCR 1.6 (which I had until...today). With LCR 1.6 the battery duration is damn loooooooong but with phhroyo is soooooo short. Maybe is my liquid's problem but if I had phhroyo when I was in England (2 weeks of holidays :D ) I would be f****d. Unfortunately the battery drops the double compared to LCR 1.6. This also in LCR 1.8.1 ... It's totally crazy!!! I would stay with CM6 (Awesome! Loving this rom :) ...), Phhroyo (awesome too <3) and LCR 1.8.1 but I can't. Maybe I have to test the battery life a little bit more than a half-a-day. Will do it tomorrow. Now the battery is 7% (LCR 1.8.1). Prepare you, Liquid, tomorrow I'll break your a*s ehm ehm battery XD

Did you accidentally opened Camera once? Did you disable Wifi before putting phone on Sleep?

Different roms may have different battery stats. I always make a wipe of the battery stats and then a battery calibration.

Maby OT, but I did a battery calibration on my wifes SGS, and with a running of 10% she had 89% battery left after 25h...

The ponies are there !

Camera mostly working (no video, and crashes quite often :))

http://poolp.org/~phh/Froyo91-fix1.zip

Apply that on FRF91. (It seems it doesn't work on CM6, but I don't care about that ATM).

It wipes the cache folder, so first boot will take a while.

You can apply it right after applying Froyo91.zip, no need to reboot.

Full ROM available too (I've called it Rev 2) here: http://poolp.org/~phh/Froyo91-rev2.zip

Edit: Full ROM tested ok.

So will this Froyo version make full use of the E's 512mb of RAM or will almost half of it disappear like the CM6 release?
