Guest chatpub Posted August 12, 2010 Report Posted August 12, 2010 I tried to reproduce the problem... it happened before when it was connected. Maybe I can get it to reboot after it connects this time :D There is no apanic file.... you must use dolphin hd

Guest DasTisu Posted August 12, 2010 Report Posted August 12, 2010 nice... Every time I pass 998 my phone reboots or freezes.. I cant' even touch 1ghz...on my snapdragon :D regardless, I get 1081 @ 998 My device HATES 1075MHz :D No FC or random reboots, the apps just dies i 50% of the cases and take me to the home screen. 1036MHz is saft, but maybe a random reboot every two days. 998MHz is 100% stable.
Guest Elisha82 Posted August 12, 2010 Report Posted August 12, 2010 So did the patch for Liquid E 512mn of RAM work? Or is the device still missing 30%?
Guest pajn Posted August 12, 2010 Report Posted August 12, 2010 Seems like you missed my question. Do yoy have any news regarding bluetooth headset?

Still missing 30% :D Seems like you missed my question. Do yoy have any news regarding bluetooth headset? No I didn't miss it, I just still haven't got any clue about it yet. I'll build a clean AOSP thing rather than based on FRF91, perhaps it'll help.

Do you (or someone else) mind telling how to see kernel errors in android?
Guest simoneser Posted August 12, 2010 Report Posted August 12, 2010 I'll build a clean AOSP thing rather than based on FRF91, perhaps it'll help. That's what I forgot. I was going to ask to you if you can base your work on an AOSP rom rather than a ported rom. Great, thanks! PS: In 10 hours of use I had 4-5 freezes (and 6-7 reboots while using the cam, but you said that you also noticed that) when doing some heavy stuff (like browsing or watching video). Is that normal?
Guest phhusson Posted August 12, 2010 Report Posted August 12, 2010 Do you (or someone else) mind telling how to see kernel errors in android? Run a console thing (adb shell, ConnectBot, whatever) and type dmesg That's for the "living" kernel If you want messages from previous kernel (if it crashed ... :D), it's cat /proc/apanic_console If you're seeking for bluetotoh stuff, it's not there though :D

Guest xaueious Posted August 12, 2010 Report Posted August 12, 2010 Would the apanic_console command work for us trying to test the 512MB Liquid E?
Guest boostnek9 Posted August 12, 2010 Report Posted August 12, 2010 wow.. Flashed rev 3 this morning and I must have at least 30 "apanic" files on my sd card lol I assume this is not normal since were sorta still testing here but just letting you know :D
Guest xaueious Posted August 12, 2010 Report Posted August 12, 2010 I should pay more attention to those :D

Guest boostnek9 Posted August 12, 2010 Report Posted August 12, 2010 There is a date in the filename :D I know... all of today's date This was just an FYI
Guest phhusson Posted August 12, 2010 Report Posted August 12, 2010 I know... all of today's date This was just an FYI oO You rebooted how many times today ?
Guest boostnek9 Posted August 12, 2010 Report Posted August 12, 2010 oO You rebooted how many times today ? a few times... how many exactly I dont know lol
Guest phhusson Posted August 12, 2010 Report Posted August 12, 2010 a few times... how many exactly I dont know lol Anyway, it doesn't create an apanic file per crash, but per boot, so many files are copied multiple times.

For fast reboot/recovery and fastboot use quickboot free from market.
Guest Joshuah Posted August 12, 2010 Report Posted August 12, 2010 man battery drain is very high, within 4-5 hours of very little use.. its down to like 60% and then overnight it went right down to ~10-15%.. :D I have juice defender on as well.. no wifi, just 2G
