Guest mirox3m Posted June 25, 2010 Report Posted June 25, 2010 After several battery removals it started running OK.
Guest sette7nani Posted June 25, 2010 Report Posted June 25, 2010 (edited) Mine run fine, no freezes for now... Mine run fine too. I can't resolve the mass storage issue...even flashing froyofix from malez recovery. I can't try on windows...but my macbook don't see the sd card...and i have to reboot for unmounting back for the system. I have deleted the ext2 partition...no apps2sd anymore? Restoring all my messages and apps. Loving my froyo liquid  Edited June 25, 2010 by sette7nani
Guest Edward.W Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 Ah...I got the Wi-Fi issue again....Stuck in "Obtaining address"
Guest HustlinDaily Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 I have a question, might be a dumb one (but too scared to try without confirmation) but would the overclock imgs posted on the bugtracker work with this rom?
Guest akira.pwr Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 (edited) I tried to install a theme made for froyo/donut, nextang, and it work here too, nice!! I found on market an app called apps2sd, it allow to install some apps to sd (not so much, but better than nothing), tested, and it free some Mb memory, I couldn't put code with connectbot, because it denied my actions. Guest nadoolau Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 Thanks for your great work! As for me, it's very smooth, wifi、gsensors、iptables work well, but the usb storage not worked, and black/white lines appears randomly.

Yeah, these are known bugs, for the usb storage, phh have to works on it, but graphic bugs are hard to solve, I think.
Guest HustlinDaily Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 With the updated froyo-fix, USB mass storage works for me.
Guest akira.pwr Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 With the updated froyo-fix, USB mass storage works for me. Really? For me not, i reflash it...
Guest HustlinDaily Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 (edited) Yeah. Redownload it and reflash it. Should work. Edited June 26, 2010 by HustlinDaily
Guest akira.pwr Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 Yeah. Redownload it and reflash it. Should work. Nothing, my pc ask me to install android HSUSB device....
Guest Andrea1Liquid Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 Just manually set the APN in settings. This bug has been in Froyo since the beginning... it sets me to NRJMobile, when I'm on SFR (Vodafone subisidary). Just manually add APN or select correct one, and it will work just fine. Thanks. Now works. Great work, phh. Waiting for other features to been enabled
Guest Quipeace Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 (edited) Well I'm very sorry, but it's still not working properly I reflashed 1.000.5 (or so) Flashed froyo.zip rebooted, went trough setup, played around a bit. Flashed froyo-fix.zip rebooted Then I tried to enable mass storage, same as before, it just sits on that screen and pretends to be doing something, luckily debugging does work so I'll attach the log. Plugging in the cable after boot still does not work. Edited June 26, 2010 by Quipeace

Guest phhusson Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 Could be possible to raise up the volume of music in headphones? I think that's a little low Thanks :-) Wow ? It seems already pretty high and xian even want me to lower it. Anyway I plan to do an app that does like Dolby stuff in Stream, so you can set anything you want ! :D I can't resolve the mass storage issue...even flashing froyofix from malez recovery. Perhaps the fix you downloaded is too old, redownload it. I have deleted the ext2 partition...no apps2sd anymore? Froyo's A2SD doesn't need an ext2 partition. Perhaps google for froyo app2sd to understand how it works. I tried to install a theme made for froyo/donut, nextang, and it work here too, nice!! I found on market an app called apps2sd, it allow to install some apps to sd (not so much, but better than nothing), Yes, by default only apps that explicit allows it are possible to move to sd, that's why i gave the setInstallLocation command tested, and it free some Mb memory, I couldn't put code with connectbot, because it denied my actions. You must do su before typing the pm command. (added to first post) Some bug here as described by bais. Can be reproduced by: 1. turn wifi on 2. press power button, let phone sleep 3. press power button again, wakeup the phone 4. try slide launcher home screens 10 times, you can feel the lag Okay, just add "usb disconnected" and it reproduces fairly well, thanks
Guest Quipeace Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 (edited) that's a known bug But is supposed to be fixed... Then reboot into recovery, and update with (for dhcp, gsensors and mass storage): and after that: Trying to enable mass storage mode doesn't work, and "disables" the SDcard, reboot to fix it. (Fixed) Note the word "fixed". EDIT: (re)Downloaded the fix this morning. (A night after it was released, in case we're in different timezones...) EDIT2: Not supposed to sound mean  Edited June 26, 2010 by Quipeace
Guest verser233 Posted June 26, 2010 Report Posted June 26, 2010 Yesterday I tried this Rom, it was quite fast, but there were graphical bugs and had no wifi, it's just discovered my wlan, tried to connect, but with no luck:-( And i could flash it only with "no sign" is that normal?
