can anyone please tell me which one roms are best for gps usage...

Deadcore,

There is no particular one. Generally, gps is working fine for all ROM. What usual people targeted are quick lockdown with GPS, and this to do with radio, Xtra feature.

What i exprience among the rom is:

1) will program hang after few day of use

2) fast loading of browser for internet

3) connection to marketplace for software download

4) Email setup

5) Read Chinese fonts

6) Fast response interface.

7) some people go for the interface like sense; titanium; no interface rom etc.

so good luck for hunting the rom.

in general it doesn't depends on ROM, basically all ROM should work fine.

If the ROM is well configured and using XTRA, i found differences changing the PHONE.bin, for instance, my mobile (I8000L) works better with version IJ1 than IK1.

IK1 seems to need much more time to find satllites.

Remember that radio/GPS firmware reside on PHONE.bin part.
